Energize and nourish your body & soul with daily yoga classes, meditation and pranayama, wholesome food, optional day hikes and plenty of time to kayak and relaxing on beautiful Squam Lake. All activities are included in your investment. Do as much or as little as you like!

Your $—investment in yourself includes: 4-days and 3-nights in one of our standard shared twin-bed rooms (all shared rooms have 2 twin beds, shared hall or in-room bathroom, and are in one of Rockywold-Deephaven’s beautiful lakeside lodges), 9 delicious meals, daily yoga classes & programs. Check-in 3 pm on Thursday, and check-out of cabin by noon, but stay for lunch on Sunday! Singles available on first come-first served basis. Or choose one of our delightful private cabins (additional rates).

Pandemic Protocols & Updates

RDC has created a wonderful page on its website explaining all of the protocols and screening questions for all guests attending retreats, including questions about dining, gathering, and lodging. Members of Dragonfly’s retreat will adhere to all required safety precautions for the security of our guests and RDC staff.
