Through sound teachings firmly rooted in human anatomy and biomechanics, I seek to guide my students to a deeper understanding of how to move their bodies safely and efficiently, on and off the mat.”
Lindsay’s humor and easy-going personality makes her impressive knowledge of functional anatomy a little less overwhelming for yoga students and truly helps teacher trainees and clients alike to embody their own practice with detailed awareness and care. Her reverence for the human body is a wonderfully infectious joy that allows us to navigate the body and all its systems with curiosity, honor, and playfulness.
