Lindsay Mayock PT, DPT, RYT 200 is a Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing at Mountain Center Physical Therapy in Conway, NH. After growing up in Conway, she went off to receive a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Virginia in 2005 and Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 2008. After working and living on both coasts and internationally, Lindsay returned to the Mt. Washington Valley in 2014 to set down some roots.

Completing her 200 hour YTT in 2015 with Meghan Currie in Nicaragua, and Yin TT with Bernie Clark, Lindsay teaches weekly classes, as well as incorporates yoga-based techniques into her patients’ treatments.  “I think yoga is one of the best mediums through which we all become more acquainted with our physical form. Through sound teachings firmly rooted in human anatomy and biomechanics, I seek to guide my students to a deeper understanding of how to move their bodies safely and efficiently, on and off the mat.”

Lindsay’s humor and easy-going personality makes her impressive knowledge of functional anatomy a little less overwhelming for yoga students and truly helps teacher trainees and clients alike to embody their own practice with detailed awareness and care. Her reverence for the human body is a wonderfully infectious joy that allows us to navigate the body and all its systems with curiosity, honor, and playfulness.
