The food. Oh, the food.

Your meals will be lovingly prepared by celebrated vegetarian chef Declan O’Connell. Expect to feel balanced, nourished and deeply cared for.

Fresh Local & Organic Fare


Dragonfly Yoga Barn proudly offers consciously-prepared vegetarian meals of local organic produce, and happily creates all of their own yummy side dishes, soups, and delectable desserts.

Light breakfast is served in the studio kitchenette: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and herbal tea.

“Brunch” is served mid morning in the O’Connell Farmhouse kitchen and consists of a bountiful variety of scones, breads, quiches and omelets, fruit salads, oatmeal, and cereals, teas, coffee, etc.

Tasty afternoon snacks are brought to the studio or porch, and yogis are also welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. There is a fridge in the studio for your use, as well as a kettle and microwave. And dinners are served in the O’Connell farmhouse.

The purpose.

Rushing is a form a quiet aggression. It is of crucial importance that you pause, and take the time to tend to your body, mind and spirit. Tara and I are dedicated to the art and craft of living more balanced, joyful lives, and have curated this experience to give you the space to discover your own individual self-care and emotional nourishment.
