Multi-class passes are sold to you at a discounted rate, so the expiration policy is firm. Service fees may apply. The below links take you to PayPal where you can use your credit card or paypal account. To avoid service fees, we also accept Venmo and Zelle payments. PRIVATE SESSIONS & SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP
- PRIVATE & GROUP YOGA SESSIONS AVAILABLE @ Dragonfly: Beginning at $150/hr. for up to 3 students for a semi-private at Dragonfly. (Add $25 for each additional student). At home rates begin at $150/hr for up to 3 students: Add $30 for travel up to 30 min. each way. Contact Katie for info about rates for larger groups or longer distances.
- SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP & YOGA TEACHER MENTORSHIP:
- Solo “FOCUS” appointments available: $222 (60 – 75 minutes). A focus appointment is a stand-alone opportunity to receive mentorship around a specific project you are manifesting, a retreat you want to create/host, or a specific struggle you are facing in your yoga and meditation practice. Using meditation, visualization, and even guided brainstorming, Katie can help guide you to a clearer place.
- 3-Month Mentorship includes the following Key Techniques & Skills: Heart-Based Meditation, Heart Centering, Enlightened Chakra Technique; Emotional Awareness, Subtle Energy Awareness, Intuition, Pranayama (healing breath techniques), and Yoga. Key Practices: Radical Acceptance, Gratitude, Compassion (includes Empathy and NVC), Presence, Innocence, Forgiveness, Awe, and Appreciation. This program is for those dedicated to creating powerful positive shifts in body, mind, and soul, and includes a weekly 1:1 meeting w/ practice/homework between sessions.

*Private Reiki with Katie: Your peaceful healing session takes place in the sun-lit windows of Dragonfly Yoga Barn: $150/hr @ Dragonfly. Add $30 travel up to 30 min, each way; inquire for distance travel. Zoom sessions available too: enjoy a virtual appointment from your own home.
*Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga, and Yoga Therapy (therapeutics): Thai Yoga is a series of instructor-assisted stretches for the whole body, that gently push, pull, hold, and rock the client into a state of deep peace . Whether you would like to learn how to tailor your practice for ultimate wellness and harmony, have an injury or illness that you would like to address with your yoga practice, or simply want to relax while someone else does the work of stretching you (Thai), Yoga Therapy is an excellent choice! $150/hr. Add $30 travel up to 30 min, each way; inquire for further distance travel.
