Bare Bones Basics for BEGINNERS
Mondays, August 6, 13, & 20th, 10-11:15 am.
This series is for those who are new to the yoga practice and want to learn the basic postures, cues and alignment, as well as ways to modify, vary, and adapt postures to support your practice. Each class will begin with warm up stretches and progress to just a few postures which we will break down and learn slowly. Each class ends with savasana and a time for questions.
Class is limited to 8 people. Please pre-register:
