Connect & Reflect: A Yoga and Meditation Retreat
Retreat to the beautiful New Hampshire mountains to connect with yourself and a group of like-minded individuals! Connect & Reflect Retreat will include:
Together we’ll be practicing in five group classes throughout the weekend. Our evenings will consist of slower paced classes like yoga nidra, restorative, and yin while mornings we will energize and welcome the day with vinyasa and slow flow yoga classes.
Feel the healing effects of reiki throughout our relaxing restorative yoga practice and during savasana. You’ll also have the opportunity for an individualized reiki session during your stay.
Weather permitting, we’ll explore the great outdoors and the beautiful scenery of the White Mountains during our hiking excursion. Our hike will be moderate, and we’ll enjoy yoga, meditation, and time for reflection at the summit.
Whether you meditate on a regular basis or are new to the practice, we’ll approach meditation as a tool that will result in us being more aware of our sense of self and our surroundings. Group guided and unguided meditations will be facilitated throughout the weekend.
Arguably one of the best parts of staying at Dragonfly Yoga Barn is the food! Vegetarian meals are made from scratch from local and organic food, presented beautifully, and served with love. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets can be accommodated.
During our weekend, we’ll provide many opportunities for connection through our discussions, an oracle card gathering, an evening campfire, and more!
