All students must fill out an Activity Waiver Form prior to participating in a class or workshop here at Dragonfly or online. If you have not completed our Intake Form (different from class registration), please click the link below to fill out the form prior to your next class.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! PRACTICE SCHEDULE
All regularly-scheduled “Studio” classes, whether online or at Dragonfly, are 75 minutes in duration. Specialty classes and workshops have different fees and times. Please check your regular classes to see which have new summer class times.
Certain classes are now happening live IN studio. The first 6 students to request the in-studio option can attend live. We have unlimited space via Zoom.
Everyone must fill out a registration form to attend, regardless of online or in person. Please, no “walk-ins” at the studio w/o pre-registration or invitation to attend in person. Please register at least 1 hour prior to class to assure you receive the link. If more than one person is attending class from your device at home, ALL STUDENTS must register and pay for the class, please.
In partnership with Vetoga, Dragonfly is happy to bring FREE Yoga classes to Veterans, immediate family of Veterans, and First Responders, with our goal of supporting those who need it and might even be new to yoga! Daily yoga classes are offered via a local small grant and will be taught by Dragonfly Yoga teachers. Any of our regularly-scheduled studio classes apply and can be taken online or live in the studio; simply check the “Veteran” circle to enjoy yoga for free! And thank you for your service! If you would like to add funds to this grant to help its longevity, please reach out and let us know. *7-Week Chakra Flow Series begins Dec. 7th @ 5 pm! It’s been awhile since Katie offered a Chakra series, and it’s time to get back to the good juju!! Each week we will focus on a new chakra (beginning with the root/muladhara and ending with the crown/sahasrara), we’ll flow into a fun sequence that builds to a peak pose for the chakra, and then enjoy a delicious Chakrasavasanahhhh! Part of the fun is that students will receive a specially-made pdf from Katie on the Chakra of the week! Learn the seed sound and mudra for each chakra too! REGISTER NOW!

*YOGA NIDRA: New Session begins Jan. 6th @ 6:15*-7:30 pm Live Online only YOGA NIDRA Single class: $20 ($45 when purchased as a series of 3). Please register 24 hours in advance to participate in this class. We are now inviting students to sign in 15 minutes before class begins to settle and relax. Treat yourself to the goodness!

We are using ZOOM to offer live stream Yoga classes in addition to limited in person yoga at Dragonfly. You can easily access Zoom here: www.zoom.us whether you are on your computer, laptop, iPad or phone. You do not need to have the app to participate, as I will be sending out a specific class link for each class. You DO need to have a good internet connection for the feed to play smoothly on your end.
To join any of the Dragonfly Yoga classes above, simply hover over the name of the class, click to register and choose your payment option, then 30 minutes before the class begins, we will send you the link to join us on ZOOM. We ask participants to do their best to register at least an hour before class to help us streamline the process. If you are attending in class, please arrive at least 10 min. early to set up. We no longer offer “drop in” w/o a registration form.

YOGA NIDRA Online: Next Series: Weds. Jan. 6, 13, & 20th @ 6:15*-7:30 pm. *New added 15 minute “settle in time” with soft music! Check in early to enjoy even more rest and relaxation! Minimum of 6 students needed to run this class. Register above. *If time of the presidential inauguration overlaps with class, we will shift class time.
