We saluted the sun… with Surya A, Surya B, mixed Suryas, with Goddesses and Side Angles, with balance poses sprinkled in for fun… and every once in a while we took a rest in Child’s Pose to get ready for the next round! (Could this be why I still feel my hamstrings?) What an amazing way to celebrate the solstice, our bodies, and to support a great cause– Boston Children’s Hospital!
Congratulations to everyone who came out to practice, to sweat, to challenge their body, mind, and spirit, and to have FUN!
